Where is my order?

After you place an order, we send it directly to the takeaway / restaurant to start preparing your food.

If the waiting time exceeded your expected estimated delivery time please contact the takeaway / restaurant directly.

How do I place an order?

It is really easy, as simple as 1, 2, 3:

  1. Tell us where you are, enter your location
  2. Choose a takeaway / restaurant
  3. Checkout: enter your delivery address & payment method

Now sit back relax, and we will get your food delivered to your doorstep.

I need to cancel or change my order! How can I do this?

Please phone the takeaway / restaurant directly as soon as possible, so they can cancel it before they start preparing your food.

With regards to any refund of a payment you have made online, please contact takeaway / restaurant directly.

Do I have to register before place an order?

Creating an account is not mandatory. You can order without having to sign up. We make sure that ordering food online at NowClick2Eat is quick and fuss-free. After placing your order.

How long does it take for my order to get delivered?

Delivery time varies from restaurant to restaurant. It also depends on the number of orders that the restaurant has to prepare and on the distance between the restaurant and your delivery address.

You can see the estimated delivery time for each restaurant in your area on our website. After placing an order, a more precise delivery time will be communicated to you by Email and SMS.

How can I pay for my order?

All our takeaway/restaurants accept cash on delivery. In addition, there are various online payment methods available e.g Paypal.
